Councillor Julian Stanyer passed away on Sunday 26 September 2021. Julian was Borough Councillor for the Speldhurst and Bidborough Ward since 2008, and Mayor of the Borough of Tunbridge Wells 2014-15. During his time on the Council, Julian served on several committee and as Chairman of the Joint Transportation Board.
